We know that Christ, who was brought back to life, will never die again. 
Death no longer has any power over Him.

If we have died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with Him.

We know that the person we used to be was crucified with Him to put an end to sin in our bodies, because of this we are no longer slaves to sin.

If you’ve become united with Jesus in a death like His, 
certainly you will also be united with Him when you come back to life as He did.

Therefore you are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so you also should walk in newness of life.

In Him you are more than conquerors, 
in all things because of His love for you.

Certainly, you live, move, and exist because of Him. 

Both God and the devil are spirits. Christians must line up with the Word of God to be able the live in the Spirit of God and be aware of the spirits that are of the devil.

The Christian must get their spirit in line with God's Spirit by the Word of God.

A Christian must first recognize the consciousness of their inner man before they can walk in the spirit.

This is say then, Walk in the Spirit and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh, Galatians 5:16.

When our spirit, soul and body is in unity with the Holy Spirit, He as our king produces health and happiness.

Our world is out of kilter; the outward man is not in harmony with the inward man.

The human [body, soul and spirit] is any person [saved or unsaved] that is living on planet earth.

The Believer's spirit keeps a sense of worship constantly.
The unbeliever's spirit is dead.

The human spirit will be the lord over the soul and physical body whether saved or not.

The human spirit doesn't rest or sleep, it doesn't need to.

When the human body is sleeping, it regains energy through relaxation and rests the organs and muscles.

As humans we spend most of our hours doing physical tasks, like our jobs that closely corresponds to our soul [mind, will and emotions].

As believers we can and must live a total life, spirit, soul and body, to God.

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, 1 Thessalonians 5:23.

The Spirit of God that is in us must control
our soul (mind, will and emotions) and our body.
