"That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowedging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus." PHILEMON 1:6

If we do not acknowledge by knowing and saying the good things that are ours or in us in Christ Jesus, then we can not communicate or tell others about our faith effectively!



The human body is important...it is the temple of the living God,
1 Corinthians 6:19.
The human spirit is in opposition with the human body.
Read 1 Corinthians 6:15 and 9:27
Fasting & Prayer: weakens the body and the soul; but strengthens the spirit.
The mind says, "It's impossible."
The body says, "Why not just do it."
The spirit says, "Believe God, He can do it."
The soul [mind, will and emotions] say, "the problem is too big but the word is stronger."
The spirit says, "God will deliver me out of my troubles."
Our body can be shaken,
our soul fearlful with imagination,
buyt our spirit ready for victory!
Abraham's life tells of the soul warring against the spirit.
Read Genesis 17:15-19
The human mind [before regeneration] delights in logic and psychology.
By rebellion between the spirit and soul it means resentment, hate, self-pity, self-defeat, inferiority and condemnation is changed by God's power to love, self-expressing victory and superiority.
Our unregenerate soul is in rebellion against our spirit.
I see a different standard at work throughout my body. It is at war with the standards my mind sets and tries to take me captive to sin’s standards which still exist throughout my body, Romans 7:23.
The person who has died has been freed from sin.
If we have died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with Him, Romans 6:7-8. 
Our physical bodies are world-conscious and earth-conscious.
Our spiritual bodies are God-conscious, where God lives. It is our regenerated spirit.
1 Corinthians 15:45 says the last Adam was made a quacking spirit. We are born again believers, not joined to the first Adam, but united to the last Adam a quickening spirit.
It's when God's Spirit unites with the human spirit that a child of God is born.
The spirit of man is where true life begins, Romans 8:16.
Our greatest exploration isn't to the moon, its within ourselves.
When Jesus was speaking of Nicodemus, He was referring to his spirit.
His spirit needed to be revived, it had to be renewed.
His inner man had to have a relationship with God, he had to be born again.
