Together with Christ.

It is the blessing of the gospel in which
all other blessing are made of. . . .
justification, sanctification, adoption,
and the future glorification of our bodies.

These are aspects of one great truth.
That is that the Christian is one with
Jesus Christ.

Made in the likeness of God.

We are now new creatures, made in
the likeness of God through the power
of Jesus Christ.

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature:
old things are passed away; behold, all things are
become new." 2 Corinthians 5:17

God gives us His nature, His love, His
faith, His life, His Spirit, His power.
We are re-created.

His workmanship.

Through Jesus we are made new creations.

"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus
unto good works,"
Ephesians 2:10

Sitting in heavenly places.

When Jesus went back to the throne
and sat on the right hand of God,

"So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he
was received up into heaven, and sat on the right
hand of God." Mark 16:19

He made us sit together with Him in
heavenly places.

"And hath raised us up together, and made us sit
together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:"
Ephesians 2:6

Seeking thing which are above.

When Jesus arose from the grave as
conqueror, we arose with Him.

"If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things
which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right
hand of God." Colossians 3:1

"For if we have been planted together in the likeness
of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his
resurrection:" Romans 6:5

"Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened
us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit
together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:"
Ephesians 2:5-6

Buried with Him in baptism.

When Jesus was buried, we were
buried with him.

"Therefore we are buried with him by baptism
into death: that like as Christ was raised up
from the dead by the glory of the Father,
even so we also should walk in newness of life."
Romans 6:4

"Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are
risen with him through the faith of the operation
of God, who hath raised him from the dead."
Colossians 2:12

Been crucified with Christ.

When Jesus was crucified, we were
crucified with Him.

" I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live;
yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life
which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith
of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave
himself for me." Galatians 2:20
